Launching Project "Learning Center for Zero Emission and Climate Resilience in Northern Viet Nam"

On May 3, the project " Learning Center for Zero Emission and Climate Resilience in Northern Viet Nam" (LEARN-VN) was officially launched at the University of Agriculture and Forestry- Thai Nguyen University. The project has a vision of supporting the realization of the Vietnamese Government's commitment at COP-26 to neutralize emissions by 2050 and provide for the Vietnamese people, especially ethnic communities and the youth knowledge in adapting to and minimizing the impacts of climate change through demonstration of advanced climate mitigation and adaptation solutions, along with a series of research, training and awareness raising. The project is sponsored by Bread for the World. Also at the event, a contest to create the Project's logo was launched.
