Building and putting into use the C-ThaiNguyen digital citizen application is one of the tasks of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Digital Transformation Program for the period of 2021-2025, with an orientation to 2023. This application is also one of the 12 development items of the Intelligent Operation Center of Thai Nguyen Province (IOC), contributing to realizing the task of building digital government and forming smart cities; develop digital economy and digital society in the province.
