Mr. Trinh Viet Hung, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Pham Hoang Son, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of departments, branches and localities of the province attended the conference.

The conference discussed and gave opinions on 14 issues on socio-economic development, Party-building work, and preparations for the 18th Session, Provincial People's Council term XIV. Also at the Conference, the Provincial Party Standing Committee implemented some personnel appointments.

Concluding the Conference, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thanh Hai emphasized that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agreed on the policies and plans, and assigned the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to supplement, edit, and complete the documents to submit to competent authorities for the next steps.
