1. Specific Objectives by 2025:
• At least 60% of agricultural cooperatives operate at a good or excellent level.
• Establish a minimum of 09 sustainable cooperative models with annual revenues of 5 billion VND or more.
• More than 25% of cooperatives apply scientific and technological advancements, implement digital transformation, and adopt production standards such as VietGAP and organic farming.
• Expand membership and cooperative scale; strengthen linkages and cooperation; attract skilled young workers to participate in cooperatives.

Tasks and Solutions:
• Conduct communication campaigns to raise awareness about the importance of agricultural cooperatives in agricultural restructuring and new rural development.
• Build effective agricultural cooperative models tailored to the province’s strengths.
• Organize training courses to improve the capacity of cooperative management staff and members.
• Support infrastructure investment and facilitate land access for cooperatives to serve agricultural production, preliminary processing, processing, and product consumption.
