Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style has become a guiding principle for the youth of the entire country in general and Phu Binh district in particular.

In recent years, the study of Uncle Ho in Phu Binh district has truly permeated specific actions through close and appropriate educational and communication methods that suit the approach of young people in the digital age. Taking advantage of social networks and online platforms, all levels of the Youth Union, Youth Association, and Young Pioneers in the district proactively build a flexible communication system: from Facebook fan pages, short video clips spreading examples of good people and good deeds, to online seminars and contests on Ho Chi Minh's ideology. Through the forums "Youth with the Party - The Party with Youth," along with 20 training courses on Party awareness, more than 6,580 outstanding Union members have studied political theory, of which 1,850 comrades have been admitted to the Party (accounting for up to 70% of new Party members in the whole district). These figures not only demonstrate the growth in awareness but also clearly show the aspiration to contribute and the sense of responsibility of the young generation towards the destiny of the homeland and the country.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh, a 12th-grade student in class 12A1 at Phu Binh High School, said: "I am very honored and proud to be one of the 10 students of the school who were admitted to the Party on May 19th. I will continue to cultivate and maintain moral qualities, raise awareness of organizational discipline, and strive to soon be recognized as an official Party member."

In the journey of learning from Uncle Ho, the spirit of humanity is always emphasized and spread by all levels of the Youth Union in the district. Volunteer programs for the community are organized regularly and in-depth, bringing practical benefits to thousands of people. With 1,800 gifts presented, hundreds of policy beneficiary families and disadvantaged children receiving free medical examinations, and 6 houses repaired and newly built with socialized resources, Phu Binh youth have clearly demonstrated a generation of kind-hearted people who know how to share and act for the community.

These include implementing a "Handbook for following Uncle Ho's words" to help Union members self-register and monitor their actions following Uncle Ho every week and every month; integrating the study of Uncle Ho into the annual emulation criteria and evaluation of young Union members, thereby encouraging persistent and persevering practice. Along with that, promptly commending advanced youth, organizing exchange forums "Bright examples following Uncle Ho"... creates an environment to spread values and inspire from real people and real actions.
