Thanks to good propaganda, mobilization and scientific organization, the Festival attracted over 350 cadres, workers, civil servants, employees and people from agencies, units, schools, communes and wards in the area to register to donate blood. As a result, the Organizing Committee collected 276 qualified blood units, reaching 110% of the plan.

The voluntary blood donation movement is a meaningful activity with profound humanity, maintained by the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation in Pho Yen City 6-8 times/year. Thereby creating a strong spread, attracting thousands of cadres, workers, civil servants, armed forces, youth union members and people in the area to participate.
