1. Heads of departments, boards, and branches; Chairpersons of People's Committees of districts and cities:

o Based on their functions and tasks, proactively and effectively implement the directives of the Prime Minister in Official Dispatch No. 34/CD-TTg dated April 10, 2025, and Plan No. 84/KH-UBND dated April 4, 2025, of the Provincial People's Committee to promote, develop, and stimulate tourism, ensuring the implementation of double-digit economic growth in Thai Nguyen province.

o Promote civilized tourism behavior at tourist areas and destinations, ensuring security, order, environmental hygiene, food safety, price listing, and selling at the right price, combating tourist harassment and fraud; establish and announce multilingual hotlines to receive and handle feedback from tourists, promptly inspect, detect, prevent, and strictly handle violations of law in the field of tourism. Food vendors must use electronic payment; if they fail to do so, their licenses will be revoked, or they will be prohibited from doing business.

2. Assign the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism as the lead agency, fully responsible for strengthening state management of tourism and managing tourist destinations in the area; promoting civilized behavior at tourist areas and destinations to ensure a safe, friendly, and attractive tourism environment for tourists; coordinating with relevant departments, branches, and localities in building characteristic tourism products, improving service quality, and developing tourism human resources.

Based on the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, heads of agencies and units organize the implementation.
