By the end of 2022, the Fund's capital mobilization loan has reached VND 2.9 billion and has disbursed VND 2.6 billion. Through the mobilization of capital, contributing to solving difficulties and increasing capital resources for the Fund to support the collective economy and cooperatives, contributing to promoting the restructuring of cooperatives' industries, building many cooperatives. Typically, new-type cooperatives are associated with the development of value chains of key local products.

At the conference, the Supervisory Delegation asked the Cooperative Alliance to clarify a number of contents such as: The balance and consideration of transferring loans to a number of new cooperatives; assessment of cooperatives with weak performance and directions to handle outstanding loans; review the annual loan demand for cooperatives, especially newly established cooperatives, and at the same time evaluate the current status and effectiveness of the Fund.
