At the conference, the delegates also discussed and pointed out some difficulties and problems in the implementation of social policies such as: some social policies are still limited and slow to be improved; the difference in living standards between regions and subjects is still high; The database has not been systematized... In order to orient the completion of social policies to 2030 and a vision to 2045, Vietnam will continue to implement social policies to care for the people, improve the quality of life and happiness of the people; economic development goes with ensuring progress and social justice, mobilizing the participation of the social community, businesses and people in the implementation of social policies.
