Regarding attracting domestic non-budget investment, in the past 8 months, Thai Nguyen province has issued investment policy decisions and approved investors for 10 projects with a total capital of nearly 1,259 billion VND; issued decisions approving investors for 19 projects with a total capital of over 13,400 billion VND; issued investment registration certificates for 09 projects with a capital of nearly 4,990 billion VND and adjusted to increase capital for 03 projects with a capital of over 1 trillion VND. Accumulated to date, the total number of non-budget projects using domestic investment capital that are still in effect is 908 projects with a registered capital of over 196,200 billion VND.
